We live in the humdrum of white noise and passive boredom where wicked folks run free and corrupting influences repeatedly control our lives.
Sydney independent musician, Owen "Boo" Lawson, provides in this latest instalment sentiments for how best to navigate these tragic modern spaces.
D.O.M.O. speaks through trip/hip hop and song, using industrial rhythms, stripped-back melodies and perplexed, fractured ramblings to convey a sense of urgency. It calls on a need to recognise the problems emergent in our lives and call them out. Not only that but break the cycle of war, profiteering and compliance that's flooded our systems.
